Can I add a personalized note with my gift?


Of course! Please include your note in the text box on the product page. If you prefer to write your own note, be sure to include a note about adding a blank notecard in the text box.




What is your return policy?


Due to the time we put into making sure each gift is absolutely perfect, all sales are final. If for some reason your gift comes damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@hudsonandsteeple.com and we'll work to make things right.




When and how will my order ship?


Due to shipping delays, please allow at least one week for delivery of your order. We typically process all orders within 1-3 buiness days and ship via USPS. If you need your order by a specific date, please email us at hello@hudsonandsteeple.com. We currently only ship to contiguous United States.




Do you charge sales tax?


We charge sales tax in accordance with the state of Arkansas.




What do you do with my recipient's address?


We take privacy very seriously and will not share your recipient's address with anyone.
